The following positions are available:

• Treasurer: You are responsible for the accountacies of Promood. You plan ahead for the budget of coming events. As a treasurer you manage the financial affairs of Promood. Each year, Promood receives a subsidy from the university. This subsidy is spend on organizing events for PhD’s, both for social and more serious purposes. The treasurer makes sure that the subsidy is spend correctly and keeps the board up to date on Promood’s financial position. We are looking for someone who is accurate and willing to keep a continuous eye on our financial affairs.

• Secretary: We need someone to help with the logistical aspects of PromooD. As a secretary, you'll be in charge of keeping track of our events, meetings and facilities. You'll get to know about everything that we do, and what other related organisations are doing at the national level.

• Social events member: One of Promood’s main goals is to organize social events for PhD’s at TU Delft. Among these are the yearly BBQ, monthly drinks on Fridays and some special events like beer-tasting or bowling. Organizing such events does not take much of your time but rigor and a talent for organizing. We are looking for people with those qualities who like to throw a party.

• Webmaster/communication: You may have noticed that the website and Facebook page of PromooD is not updated that frequently. This is not because of a lack of news, but because we are lacking someone who has the energy to keep our pages updates! We are looking for someone who would like to know everything that happens in the PhD community and is willing to spread this information.

• Career development member: You are responsible of investigating career prospects of PhD's of TU Delft. You will also organize one of our main event: Career Event for PhD's. You work as a team, together with our already involved member. You organize the event, contact relevant network and arrange a time-table for that day.

• Public relations member: PR is a part of Promood that still needs to grow. The link between PhD’s and the outside world is still too weak. As a PR member you will organize events like the Printers Market, the Career Event and manage contact between Promood and Industry. We are looking for someone who likes to develop a network and likes to communicate with parties outside the university.
